GOSFORD TRAINERS PREMIERSHIP UPDATE – 22nd July 2026
What a fantastic run of results our Gosford trainers have enjoyed over the past couple of weeks!
On 11 July 2026, Angela Davies celebrated a strong performance at Newcastle, with Lady Segosha finishing a close second in the Beresfield Bowling Club Midway 2&3yo Maiden Handicap.
Racing on home turf at Gosford on 18 July 2026, Kylie Gavenlock enjoyed a memorable day, training two winners. Zenmode claimed victory in the Consolidated Panels & Veneers 2&3yo Maiden Plate, while Frida Kay took out the De Bortoli Wines Super Maiden Handicap.
Gregory McFarlane also celebrated success at the Gosford meeting, with Sandbi winning the Gosford RSL Provincial Maiden Plate.
The following day, 19 July 2026, Jake Hull continued his consistent run of form at Hawkesbury, with Sono Immortale finishing second in the Country Music Raceday 5 September Provincial Maiden Handicap.
Congratulations to all of our trainers on these outstanding performances.
In the Gosford Trainers Premiership, Jake Hull continues to lead the standings with 17 wins, followed by Adam Duggan on 14 wins and Gregory McFarlane close behind on 13 wins.

Barrier Trials return to Gosford tomorrow, Wednesday 22 July, with the first trial commencing at 8:30am.
Among the quality horses nominated to trial are Gringotts (NZ) and Light Infantry Man (FR), both from the Ciaron Maher stable.
