Do I have to be over 18 to go to Line Up?
Yes, Line Up is strictly 18+. No ID, No Entry. We do not accept minors regardless of adult supervision.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes, tickets may be available at the door if not sold out prior, the ticket price at the gate is $99.00 (including GST). We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance to avoid missing out.
When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets will go live on Thursday, 10 October 2024 and close on Saturday, 14 December 2024 unless sold out before. For any queries on your ticket, please contact info@theentertainmentgrounds.com.au
Where is Line Up held?
Line Up is held at The Entertainment Grounds, 4 Racecourse Road, West Gosford. The venue is a short one-hour drive north of Sydney and short one-hour drive south of Newcastle. The venue is the home of Gosford Race Club, known for horse racing on the Central Coast.
Can I bring in water or food?
Food and drink is not permitted to be brought into the event. We do have food and drink available to purchase. Empty water bottles are permitted. This is a glass free event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is limited parking nearby the venue including opposite The Entertainment Grounds, on the corner of the venue and the commuter carpark 200-metres from the main entry.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible. We have limited disabled carparks, if you require a space, please contact the office on 02 4325 0461.
Can I smoke or vape?
Only in the designated smoking area at the venue.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The Entertainment Grounds cannot be held liable for any transactions done via a third party.
What happens if the event is cancelled due to weather?
In the event of severe weather, we will make every effort to notify participants as soon as possible. If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, all ticket holders will be contacted directly. Please check our website and social media channels for updates on the day of the event.

Can I go out and come back in?
No pass-outs will be allowed. All bags will be checked upon entry.
Can I take alcoholic beverages off-site?
Due to licensing regulations, all alcohol purchased at the event must be consumed on-site.
